Opening Scene
- Go to geM’s room
- Open the drawer in geM’s desk, and pick up the pocket mirror.
- Head to the storage room.

- The central corridor is blocked by a pile of bricks.
- Press I to open the inventory, and then open the pocket mirror to reset the room and remove the bricks.
- Enter to the storage room.
- Pick up a blanket from the shelves.
- Cover the mirror with the blanket. The mattresses blocking the supply closet doors will dissolve.
- Open the supply closet and pick up the first aid kit.
- Take the blanket back from the mirror.
- Go back to the wounded man’s room.
- Use the first aid kit on the wounded man.

- After the cutscene, Stella will ask you to get the newspaper.
- Go out of the building and walk right to the asylum.
- At the entrance, you’ll find the newspaper, but the receptionist will come and take it.
- Go inside the asylum.
- Go to the back room on the left.
- Cover the mirror with a blanket. A hole will appear in the wall.
- Press “Pick Up” on the hole, and geM will take a blue cat toy from there.

- Use the cat toy on the cat sitting in the reception, causing the receptionist to go outside to feed him.

- Take the newspaper and pen from the counter.
- “Turn Over” the newspaper and look at it.

- Go back to the wounded man’s room. geM will read the newspaper to Stella.

- After the cutscene, Stella will ask geM to bring a recorder from the storage room.
- Go to the storage room.
- Cover the mirror with the blanket.
- Go to the upper right corner, and open the pocket mirror so that the recorder will appear.
- Now geM is stuck behind some boxes, because the blanket disappeared from the mirror when the room reset.
- Press I to open the inventory, and talk to Stella through the pocket mirror.

- Stella will show up and free geM.
- go back to the wounded man’s room. In the corridor you will bump into llehctiM, who appears to be sleepwalking.

- After the cutscene, Stella will ask geM to find Meg and talk to her.
- Go to the asylum. In the reception, open the pocket mirror, and use the receptionist’s phone to buzz yourself into the asylum’s lobby.

- In the asylum’s lobby, pick up a blank paper from the table.

- Go up to the corridor, and open the pocket mirror to get the bricks out of the way.
- Continue straight to the cafeteria.
- Go to the cafeteria’s kitchen and go through the mirror to the real kitchen.
- Press I to open the inventory, and combine the blank paper with the pen.

- Put the written note inside one of the meal boxes.

- Go back to the mirror world and go to Meg’s room.

- After the cutscene, Stella and geM will go to an abandoned bathroom in the building.
- Stella will ask geM to fix the water system, and will give her a staff access card for the asylum.

- Go to the asylum. Enter the staff room using the access card.

- Pick up a glass from the dish dryer next to the sink.

- Use the glass on the wall mirror. geM will throw it inside, causing the nurse to call the janitor.

- Pick up the keychain from the janitor’s belt.

- Go to the back room and use the keychain on the file cabinet to unlock it.

- Pick up the blueprints from the cabinet.
- Go back to Stella in the abandoned bathroom, and show her the blueprints.
- The room you need to fix is in the abandoned area, but the door leading there is missing both its door handles.

- You can find a spare door handle in the abandoned bathroom inside the dresser, or in the asylum’s reception, inside the janitor’s closet (use the janitor keychain to open it).
- Use the door handle to open the door, and enter the abandoned area.

- To help navigate the rooms, here’s a map with the rooms marked by numbers.

- Go to room 2. Dracula, the asylum’s cat, is sitting there.
- Rotate the rotating mirror and Dracula will run out of the room.

- Go to room 3. “Pick Up” the vase in order to drop it, and the sound of it breaking will scare Dracula out of this room.

- Go to room 2 again and rotate the mirror back, so the room is not in the shadows.
- Go to room 1. You’ll see a hole in the wall. Pick up a purple cat toy from the hole.

- Go to room 4. Dracula is there.
- Use the cat toy on the closet. Dracula will jump on it, pressing the button that
- opens the green door.

- Go inside the office, and open the pocket mirror. It will reset the room and fix the pipe.


- Press I to open the inventory and talk to Stella. She will tell you to come back.

- Use the keychain to open the door on the bottom, and you’ll arrive at the main hall of the building.
- Go to the abandoned bathroom. Stella will wait for you there.
Middle Scene
- After the scene, you will now switch to playing Daniel.

- Go up and enter the prison.
- Here’s a map of the prison to help you navigate:

- Go to the kitchen and pick up a fish from the cutting board.

- Go to the laundry room and pick up a prison jumpsuit.
- Press I to open the inventory, and wear the jumpsuit.

- Go to the prison showers. Use the fish on the pile of bricks on the right side of the showers, in order to throw it inside the shadow area.

- After the prisoners are gone, go to the mirror on the right and enter it.
- Daniel will cross to the real world.

- You can now play as both characters. Pressing K will toggle between Daniel and geM.
As Daniel:
- Go to the cafeteria.
- Talk to the inmate sitting alone on the left.

- Go to the laundry room. Talk to Paul on the right. He will ask you for a chocolate bar.

Switch to geM.
- Go to the cafeteria. Open the pocket mirror.

- Pick up the mustard bottle.
- Go to the prison lobby, use the mustard on the receptionist.

- After the cutscene, take the blue access card.

- Use the access card to enter the blue corridor.
- Go to the storage room and open the pocket mirror.
- Pick up the hammer from the wall, and the AC remote from the shelves.

- Go to the visitor’s room. Pick up a coin from the left vending machine. Cover and uncover the mirror with the blanket to reset the room, then pick up another coin.
- Use the two coins on the machine in order to buy the chocolate bar.

- Pass the chocolate bar to Daniel through the pocket mirror (combine both items in the inventory).

Switch to Daniel
- Give the chocolate bar to Paul.
- Talk to Paul.

- Ask Paul about Mitchell’s old cell.

- Ask him about the night Mitchell escaped. There was a guard there with him. You need to get the guard’s name.
Switch to geM
- Go to the staff room and look at the guards’ shift board on the fridge. You’ll get the name Debra Walsh.

Switch to Daniel
- Go to the corridor above the main hall. You’ll see a guard there.
- Look at the guard. Her tag says Walsh.
- Talk to her, but she won’t give you any information, because she thinks you’re an inmate.

Switch to geM
- Go to the prison cells on the right.
- Use the hammer on the cell with the yellow police tape on it.

- Enter Mitchell’s cell.

- Pick up the music player the purple book from the table, and the unknown item from under the bed. It will turn out to be a detective badge.
- Pass the police badge to Daniel through the pocket mirror.
Switch to Daniel
- Show Debra the police badge. She will think you’re a detective and agree to talk to you.

- Ask her about the night Mitchell disappeared. She’ll tell you the doctor took pictures of him.
Switch to geM
- Open the inventory and browse to the music player. Turn it around. The name ‘Barrry’ is carved on the back.

Switch to Daniel
- Go to the laundry room and ask Paul about the music player. He’ll tell you about Barry, and ask you for the music player in exchange for ketchup.

- Pass the pocket knife to geM through the pocket mirror.
Switch to geM
- Go to the prison lobby. Open the pocket mirror.
- Stand under the metal detector. It will beep because you have the knife on you (will also work with the handcuffs).
- After the cutscene, pick up the earphones from the guard.

- Combine the music player with the earphones.
- Pass the music player to Daniel.
Switch to Daniel
- Give the music player to Paul. He will give you a ketchup packet in return.

- Pass the ketchup packet to geM.
Switch to geM
- Go to the prison lobby, and use the ketchup packet on the receptionist.

- After the cutscene, take the red access card.
- Use the card to enter the red corridor.
- Once inside, go to the infirmary.
- Open the drawer on the right, and pick up the picture the doctor took the night Mitchell escaped.

- Look at the photo.
Switch to Daniel
- Go to the prison workshop and talk to Barry (the inmate on the bottom left corner).

- He will refuse to answer why he wanted to switch shifts with Mitchell.
- In the red corridor there’s a large chasm blocking the way.

- Here’s how you cross it: You’ll need 4 pairs of handcuffs. the first 3 you can pick up from Debra, from the guard in the main hall, and from the guard in the back yard.
- The 4th pair is in the staff room. You’ll need Daniel to take the battery out of his flashlight and pass it to geM.
- Combine the battery with the AC remote, and then use the remote to turn off the air conditioner.

- The guard will take off his coat, and reveal the handcuffs. Take the handcuffs from the guard.
- Combine the 4 pairs of handcuffs to create a long chain.

- Use the chain on the pipes in the red corridor.

- Cross the chasm.
- Pick up the brown book that’s on the sofa.
- Go into the archive.
- In the archive, pick up the note on the floor. Read the note.

Switch to Daniel
- Talk to Barry again, ask him about seeing the ghost in the showers.
- Ask him “What did the ghost look like?”

- He’ll tell you about the ghost wearing a purple sweater.
Switch to geM
- Read the purple meditation book you found in Mitchell’s cell.

- Go to the back yard near the workshop. Look at the inmate’s tattoo.

Switch to Daniel
- Go to the back yard near the workshop. Talk to the inmate watering the garden.
- Ask him about Mitchell. He’ll tell you about the spirit he saw Mitchell with.

Switch to geM
- go to the back yard and examine the stone bench.

- geM will find a note. Read the note.

Switch to Daniel
- Talk to Debra and ask her about giving her sweater to an inmate. She won’t remember it.
Switch to geM
- Go to the archive and pick up the purple sweater from the pile of clothes on the bed.

- Go to the kitchen, and use the sweater on the mirror.
- The sweater will fall on the cat in the real kitchen.

- You’ll need to make a fishing rod. There are 3 ingredients. 2 of them are in the workshop – a safety pin and a piece of string. The 3rd one is a mop. it’s in the small corridor leading to the library and laundry room.



- Combine the 3 to create a fishing rod.

- Go to the showers and use the fishing rod to catch the fish skeleton in the shadow area.

- Go to the back yard near the workshop and use the fish skeleton on the cat’s bowl. The cat will come running.

Switch to Daniel
- Go to the back yard near the workshop.
- Pick up the sweater from the cat.

- Show the sweater to Debra. She will give you a name.
Switch to geM
- Go to the prison archive.
- Pick up David Alphonse’s file from the file cabinet on the left.

- Read the file. Reach the end to take the transfer note.


Switch to Daniel
- Talk to Debra about David Alphonse’s file.
- She will hint that you should go see the warden. Ask her how to do it.
Switch to geM
- Go to the prison staff room and look at the meeting chart on the fridge. It will say Steven has a meeting with the warden.

Switch to Daniel
- Go to the library and talk to Steven. Ask him about his meeting with the warden.
- Steven will take you to his cell, claiming something’s mysteriously wrong with it.

Switch to geM
- Go to Steven’s cell in the mirror world.


- Pick up the note from the floor.
- Go to the cafeteria and open the pocket mirror. Look at the menu on the table to the right.

- Go to the kitchen.
- Open the fridge and take a broth cube.

- Put the cube inside the large empty pot.
- You’ll need geM and Daniel to cooperate in order to fill the pot with water:
- Put geM’s pocket mirror above the pot (use the mirror on the pot or on the hanger above it).

Switch to Daniel
- Put the pocket mirror inside the sink in Steven’s cell (will also work with the shower sink).
- Turn on the faucet. The water will pass through the mirrors into the pot.


Switch to geM
- Cover the kitchen mirror with the blanket. The soup will get dry and sticky.

- Pick up a piece of sticky soup from the pot.
- Go to Steven’s mirror cell and clog the pipe with the sticky soup.

- Use the mop to clean the water.

Switch to Daniel
- Talk to Dave – tell him you fixed his cell. He will give you an appointment note.

- Go to Debra and give her the note.

- After the cutscene in the warden’s office, go to the rotating mirror and rotate it.
Switch to geM
- Pass the transfer note from David Alphonse’s file to Daniel through the pocket mirror.
Switch to Daniel
- Show the warden the transfer note, she will go to the mirror and rotate it.

Switch to geM
- Go to the archive, the wall on the right is now broken.

- Go through the wall into the warden’s mirror office.
- Rotate the mirror.
- Go to the warden’s desk and open it. You’ll discover a safe.

- Go to the inventory and read the note you found in Steven’s mirror cell. Use the warden’s birthday date as a password for the safe. The password is 2812.


- Pick up the pages from the safe. Read David’s file again.
- In the end of the file you’ll find a library card. Pass it to Daniel.

- Read the brown book you found on the sofa in the red corridor.

Switch to Daniel
- Go to Debra and talk to her about the file.
- Go to the library.
- Give the library card to the librarian. He’ll ask Steven to bring you a book.

Switch to geM
- Go to the library and take the notebook from the counter.

- Read the whole notebook. You’ll find a key at the end.

- Go to the workshop and use the key on the supply closet.
- Take the shovel from the closet.

- Go to the prison showers.
Switch to Daniel
- Go to the showers and pass back to the mirror world.


- After the cutscene, take the shovel and use it on the bricks.
- After the second cutscene, go up through the hole in the wall. Keep walking until you’ll reach the outside.
- Look at the hole in the ground outside the broken wall.
- Use your pocket mirror on the hole.

- Use the shovel to dig the hole again, and take the phone and suit from inside.

- Go up. Then go right.
- After the cutscene, go up through the back yard.

- After the second cutscene, look at the car plate on the right.
